Ceramic Thrust Washer

Ceramic thrust washers are flat ring-shaped wear-resistant components mainly manufactured from high-purity alumina ceramic or zirconia ceramic. They serve as axial load bearing parts to reduce friction, isolate metal contact and resist abrasion in rotating machinery.

Ceramic thrust washers feature ultra-high hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance and stable performance under high temperature. They will not rust or deform under heavy axial pressure, effectively extending the service life of equipment assemblies.

These ceramic thrust washers are widely used in textile machinery, automotive parts, hydraulic valves, pumps, small motors and industrial transmission devices. Custom sizes, inner/outer diameter and thickness tolerance are available according to customer drawings.

Our ceramic thrust washers adopt two mainstream high-performance ceramic raw materials: 95%/99.7% alumina ceramic and 3Y-TZP zirconia ceramic. Both materials own outstanding mechanical properties. Alumina type balances cost and wear resistance for general working conditions; zirconia ceramic delivers higher toughness and impact resistance for heavy-load working scenes.
